We want you to be fully satisfied with your Brandon Blackwood purchase; therefore, we offer returns on unused, full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging, including dust bags and tags, are intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the item in its original Brandon Blackwood box and protective dust bag, ensuring the package is taped shut.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
